The Erie All-Stars Present Tom Petty – Thursday, Aug. 16

The Erie All-Stars is a local band comprised of a variety of Erie’s finest musicians. True Celebrate Erie veterans, the Erie All-Stars have opened the Main Stage for the past five years. This year, we wanted them to headline one of our nights as they perform a tribute set of hits from the late, great Tom Petty.

The Ohio Players – Friday, Aug. 17

One of the top funk bands of the mid-seventies, the Ohio Players ranked in seven Top 40 hits in the 1970s, including “Fire,” “Love Rollercoaster,” and “Skin Tight.” In 2013, they were inducted into the inaugural class of the Official R&B Music Hall of Fame.

Sugar Ray – Saturday, Aug. 18

Fronted by pop-culture personality, Mark McGrath, Sugar Ray earned mainstream popularity in 1997 with their hit single, “Fly.” The band continued this success throughout the late-nineties with hits, “Every Morning,” “Someday,” and “When It’s Over.”

Dan + Shay – Sunday, Aug. 19

Modern country-pop duo Dan + Shay’s debut album in 2014 produced three Top 40 hits, including “19 You and Me,” “What You Do to Me,” and “Show You Off,” while their sophomore album brought on two No. 1 singles, “From the Ground Up” and “How Not To.”
Dan + Shay have been nominated for three CMA awards, two CMT awards, and three ACMA awards and have toured with the likes of Blake Shelton, Hunter Hayes, and Darius Rucker.
They released a new album on June 22. In preparation of the upcoming self-titled album, the duo have released four new singles this year, including their song, “Tequila,” which is their highest charting Billboard single to date.
